TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Being close to our customers is a priority, even more so when they require our help.
We have a team of qualified professionals to provide training on the use of our products, as well as on maintenance and troubleshooting of our phosphine application and gas measurement equipment.
These assistance services are offered in a face-to-face format, remotely (telephone, video-assistance, e-mail) or, for our new generation of equipment, through the use of diagnostic technologies via internet. These services are provided in Spanish, English or Portuguese.
We have large inventories of parts and spare parts in our facilities in Chile, USA, Australia and Brazil, to meet the requirements in a timely manner, reducing response times, thus minimizing the negative effects on the operational continuity of our customers.
