HDS EQUIPMENT
The Horn Diluphos System™ (HDS®) is a revolutionary equipment for stored product fumigations in closed spaces, silos, warehouses, ship holds, cold storage chambers, adapted reefers containers, among others.
This innovative equipment dilutes pure phosphine in cylinders directly with air through a safe automated process.
The safety and simplicity of the operation as well as its efficiency makes of this equipment a necessary tool for the future fumigator.
This revolutionary application technology allows for safer and more efficient fumigation, avoiding the problems commonly associated with it, such as waste generation, flammability and worker exposure.
GAS MONITORS
Accurate and timely measurement of phosphine in fumigation processes, or other industrial gases, is a fundamental tool for process control and occupational health and safety strategies.
We have equipment for measuring phosphine in real time in high concentration, providing traceability to the fumigation processes, as well as gas monitoring equipment in low concentrations, controlling the levels of exposure to toxic gases in work environments.
TECHNICAL SERVICE
We have a team of qualified professionals to offer technical support to our customers in training and maintenance for our gas application and measurement equipment, through on-site or remote assistance using diagnostic technologies via internet.
We have large inventories of parts and spare parts in our facilities in Chile, USA, Australia, and Brazil, to meet the needs of our customers in a timely manner.
